You will need a v& Installation and some newer V6 binarys (6.20+)
here are the binarys
In V6 you need to do an XML export in each application (port, scan, eog)
start program – analysis – database service – database – xmlexport
you will get a *.rex file
the rex file you can import in V10 RCDB10
Open the RCDB10 select patient window – export/import – import from file
