FB-37.2 Distributor Service Report
The EN ISO 13485 requires a service report on each service done at customer site.
Therefore, we created a form to fill out and send to Roland Consult by e-Mail.
Please rename the file like shown:
FB37.2_{Serialnumber}.docx or FB37.2_{Serialnumber}.pdf - replace {Serialnumber} with the Device-Serial-Number.
